    I’ve always wondered how breads are made and also maybe one day try to make one myself. Apparently, there are two ways to describe a bread: yeast breads or quick breads. I know what you are thinking; that if I didn’t know that then I have a lot to learn. Well, you would not be wrong. Using yeast in bread makes it light and spongy (Go yeast!).     Minestrone is a vegetable soup originating from Italy. It is usually made out of whatever vegetables are in season. It can be a vegetarian dish, it could also contain meat or a meat based broth like chicken stock. Bean broth is argued to be the base of a minestrone and that Borlotti beans also called Roman beans are the beans to use for a genuine minestrone.
