Diys are a quick fix to something at least until we have the time to go repair them professionally if we choose to. sometimes diys are a permanent fix. Here are a few DIY health tips.

CHRONIC BACK PAIN:
To relieve a chronic back pain, keep yourself warm and eat hot items. Add garlic to diet and massage back with eucalyptus oil.
LOW AND HIGH BP:
For low BP, lie down and elevate legs at 90 degrees, it will stabilize BP. For a high blood pressure, Slice a raw beef, squeeze frsh lemon juice over it, refrigerate overnight and eat 1 slice per day.
Take 15 fresh mango leaves and boil in one glass of water. Keep overnight, filter and drink next morning.
ARTHRITIS/ JOINT PAIN:
Consume fish oil capsules or 3-4 walnuts on empty stomach for relief.
MOUTH ULCER PAIN:
Crush the leaves of Indian plum (Jambula), mix into paste with water and gurgle with it. Gives instant relief.
Mix 3-5 drops of clove oil with a clove of crushed garlic (lasan) and 1 tsp of honey to soothe the throat.
Consume soup enriched with garlic
Consume chicken soup – 1 cup daily provides great relief.
Boil 1 tsp. of fennel seeds (saunf) in 1 cup of water and cool. Use as eye drops (best remedy for eye care).
